No return shall be accepted without a properly obtained Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from Dasco Systems. Requests for RMA numbers may be submitted by email to Dasco Systems customer service. Items quoted non-cancelable and non-returnable or any custom manufactured items will not be accepted for return. All returned items are subject to a restocking charge that will be determined upon issuance of all RMA numbers. Customer is responsible for all return freight charges. Any RMA requests must be received within 30 days of shipment of product. No RMA requests can be accepted after thirty (30) days from time of shipment. All items received without prior authorization will be returned to sender freight collect. At Dasco's discretion, exceptions to our return policy may be allowed.
