Dasco accepts returns of products up to 30 days after initial date of purchase. Authorizations for all returns of qualified products must be obtained from the Dasco Customer Service Department prior to returns. To request an RMA, e-mail Dasco's customer service department at email@example.com or contact customer service at 763-574-2275. Online requests will be acknowledged within one business day.
The following conditions apply to all returns:
- Custom items and items that were quoted as non-cancelable and non-returnable may not be returned
- All returned product must be in salable condition, unused and in the unopened package and/or carton in which originally purchased.
- Returned items are subject to a restocking charge that will be determined upon issuance of all RMA numbers.
- Customer is responsible for all shipping/freight charges.
- RMA requests must be received within 30 days of shipment of product.
- No RMA requests are accepted after 30 days from time of shipment.
- All items received without prior authorization or do not meet suppliers acceptable physical condition standards will be returned to sender freight collect.
- At Dasco's discretion, exceptions to our return policy may be allowed.
