cab S1000-220 Label Applicator Attachment
The S1000-220 module transforms your Squix printer into an automated print & apply system. The S1000-220 applicator installs in minutes on any compatible Squix printer. Moreover, it is easy to use and intuitive to learn, no special training required. The S1000 dispenser is powerful and adaptable. It labels flat, mixed-height products by means of a pneumatic cylinder. In a standard setup, the Squix printer and attached S1000 applicator are mounted above the labeling area. When a product is placed in the labeling position, the pneumatic cylinder lowers to the product surface and applies the label by tamping it down on the surface. From the label uptake position, the pneumatic cylinder on the S1000-220 extends to a maximum of 8.6 in, which is 2.5 in below the bottom of the printer.
A standard S1000 module includes a tamp applicator pad. Optional applicator pads include a roll-on pad for round products and a blow-on pad, which must be purchased separately.
