There are two printers in the EBS Handjet line: EBS-250 and EBS-260. The EBS-260 offers many ergonomic benefits, including a built-in touchscreen, 2 gb of memory and a 2.2” maximum print height. One of the biggest advantages of the EBS-260 is that the built-in touchscreen allows you to easily program messages on-the-fly. On the other hand, the EBS-250 offers a wider ink selection than the EBS-260, including: UV-Resistant MEK, Ethanol and Water-based inks. The EBS features a 16dpi external printhead. When you pull the trigger on the printer, the machine expels pressurized ink through the print nozzles. Sometimes printhead nozzles become clogged with dried ink, and this can cause printing voids. Learn how to clean the EBS printhead.
